Notes about MOLD CONDITIONS

Insurance may cover all conditions after a leak EXCEPT the plumbing costs itself.  Let us talk to the insurance company for you.  (often it may cover some of that too.)

MOLD SPORES are bad news.  This condition needs to be addressed by professional help. One of main things that you should be aware of is:

• If  you suspect or see black mold, DO NOT violently break open the walls because a small manageable local mold problem can spread throughout your home quickly, on to other walls (and into your families lungs),  when these mold spores hit the air.
